An Inspector/Instructor, Paul started in floor covering industry through the family Building services business in 1987. He started his own carpet cleaning and restoration business in 1989. First certified for inspection in 1995, Paul has been active in the inspections, claims resolution and customer retention for 20 years. Elected Vice President of the National Institute of Certified Floorcovering Inspectors in 2010 and then President in 2012. Paul is an active and respected member of the flooring inspection industry.

Paul Pleshek
An Inspector/Instructor, After four years in the US Air Force, Bill started in the floor covering industry as a carpet installer in 1987. First as an Installer then as an owner/installer of an installation service with 15 crews installing all Hard Surfaces. Bill has been involved in problem solving, dispute resolution and claims services for almost 30 years. Certified by ITS, IICRC and NWFA, Bill has been a full time flooring inspector for ten years. He has served more than 7 years on the Board of the National Institute of Certified Floorcovering Inspectors including 3 years as President. Bill is well known for his work within the NICFI and is a driving force in the growth , size and reach of NICFI.

Bill Zoetvelt
Will had been training and certifying inspectors and manufactures since 1999. His extensive knowledge of the flooring industry has allowed him to share his knowledge with inspectors around the country. Will offers on site consultation to contractors, distributors and manufactures.

Will Stoner
Andrew is a second generation flooring professional. His father worked as an installer for more than 40 years beginning his career when carpet was manufactured at 27 inch widths and hand-sewn in the workrooms prior to reaching the jobsite. Andrew is a CFI Master Installer and has been inspecting for more than 20 years. He maintains more than 18 certifications with organizations such as NWFA, Inspector Training Services, FCITS, IICRC, NALFA, IAWFP, & ICRI. Andrew inspects all flooring materials and routinely covers NE Ohio and Western PA, but depending on the problem, also services the adjoining states of NY, MI, IN, KY, and WV. He works for manufacturers, distributors, retailers, insurance companies, contractors, and occasionally, consumers. In addition to inspections, Andrew is on the board of NICFI and serves as the treasurer. He is also an NWFA report reviewer and serves on the board of the Floor Educational Guild. Andrew also is an instructor and technical director for Inspector Training Services.Andrew Fronczek
